1 John 5:13 "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life…" This assurance is not found in a church, good deeds, baptism or any religious act. It is found in Jesus Christ!

Romans 3:10 "As it is written, There is none righteous, no not one." None of us are good enough! Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." We are all sinners against a Holy God. The 10 Commandments clearly show us this!

Romans 5:12 "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned." It all started with Adam!

Romans 6:23a "For the wages of sin is death..." This is a spiritual death - separation from God for eternity. Romans 6:23b "...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." This is a free gift, but we need to receive it to make it ours.

Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." We call upon Him through prayer from our hearts not our heads. When we "believe" in Jesus Christ this means to trust in, depend and rely on Him and only Him to get you to Heaven. You can trust Jesus today and know you have a home in Heaven by accepting His free gift right now! Pray from your heart..."Dear Jesus, I have sinned against You and know I deserve hell. I do now receive You as my Savior, and I thank You for shedding Your blood on the cross for my sins to save my soul from hell. I now call on You and put my trust in You alone to take me to Heaven when I die. Thank you for saving me! Amen."
